The Human Resources and Health, Safety and Environment Advisor is responsible for the entire recruitment process. He/she will also act as a reference regarding Health and Safety and will make sure to apply the prevention system within Techsol Marine. In addition, he or she will be at the heart of the employees’ life, serving the customers and feeding the various management systems.


  • Management of the entire recruitment process
  • Coordination of the onboarding of new employees
  • Management of the prevention management system and coordination of incidents, investigations and corrective actions
  • Perform, document, and distribute risk analyses to employees
  • Represent the employer on health and safety committees. Coordinate committee actions and take minutes.
  • Create, maintain and document employee records and manage systems.


  • University degree in industrial relations, business administration or other relevant training
  • At least 2 to 5 years of relevant work experience
