Leur consid\u00e9ration et leur respect ont largement facilit\u00e9 mon int\u00e9gration et mes apprentissages du m\u00e9tier.<\/p>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s un peu plus de deux\u00a0ans, j\u2019aime encore mon travail. Les t\u00e2ches sont toujours diff\u00e9rentes d\u2019un projet \u00e0 l\u2019autre.<\/p>\n<p>Je peux travailler autant dans les syst\u00e8mes de propulsion, les g\u00e9n\u00e9ratrices, les \u00e9quipements de navigation et les syst\u00e8mes de d\u00e9tection incendie que dans la surveillance des alarmes.<\/p>\n<p>Mon emploi me permet de voyager partout au Qu\u00e9bec, au Canada et ailleurs dans le monde. J\u2019ai aussi une tr\u00e8s grande libert\u00e9 dans la gestion de mon horaire et sur les heures suppl\u00e9mentaires.<\/p>\n<p>Les possibilit\u00e9s de d\u00e9veloppement de carri\u00e8res au sein de Techsol Marine sont nombreuses.
